Warehouse or Kitchen and Bath Showroom?

Big Box or Kitchen and Bath Showroom?
Warehouses are great.  They are necessary in order to ensure quick turnaround and availability of products, but they do not offer the best shopping experience available.  Especially when it comes to your next kitchen project.  What help will you get from someone who works in Plumbing when it comes to cabinet and countertop options?  You need a kitchen and bath specialist.  When you go to a kitchen and bath showroom, you know that whoever you speak to knows what you are talking about.  And, in most cases, what they are talking about!

Big box stores can find and hire knowledgeable kitchen and bath designers, but they do not always have the coverage available when you are ready to discuss your project.  Nearby departments may have knowledgeable employees, but they will not be able to assist you with your kitchen and bath project.  Kitchen and bath requires a specific area of expertise and other employees will not be able to assist you.

When you come to a kitchen and bath showroom, you can expect to find trained kitchen and bath designers that will spend the extra time to determine what you are looking for in a kitchen.  They will use their specialized experience to make your vision a reality and offer suggestions to improve your kitchen that you may not have thought about.

Kitchen and bath showrooms, like By Design Kitchen and Bath Solutions, offer a wide variety of options in cabinetry, countertops, and tile materials and have samples available to help put together the look you are going for.  Most showrooms these days have design software that can give you a 3-D look at your new kitchen before you spend a dime.  No more worrying about whether everyone is on the same page, you can see what the designer is talking about on the screen and make suggestions real-time.  I don't know how many times I have heard from customers that the contractor on their last project described the project in detail, but the final product, although as described by the contractor, was not what the customer was expecting.

As I have said, warehouses are great and necessary, but they should be "employees only" and off limits to customers.  No hard hats required at a kitchen and bath showroom.  We already have to scan and bag our items at retail stores but you don't have to feel like a warehouse employee when working with a designer on your new kitchen.

Call and speak with a trained kitchen and bath designer at a kitchen and bath showroom when you are ready to start your kitchen or bath project.  We would prefer that you choose us, but if you are not in our area or we are not a fit, please choose one of our competitors that are independent kitchen and bath dealers.
